Frank P. Battard is an attorney with Homestead Title. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is licensed by the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Louisiana and the U.S.Court of Appeals, Fifth District.

Mr. Battard has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He earned his B.S. from Tulane University and graduated from Loyola Law School and is past President of the New Orleans Notary Association. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the New Orleans Notarial Association and is also a member of Louisiana Land Title Association and, through Homestead Title is an affiliate of New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. Mr. Battard has received an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
